Gen Kelsang Rabten is the National Spiritual Director of the New Kadampa Tradition – International Kadampa Buddhist Union (NKT-IKBU) in New Zealand and Australia. Through his clear presentation of Buddha’s teachings and his warm heart Gen Rabten shares with us how we can find happiness in our lives through applying Buddha’s advice.
The meditations will be guided by Kelsang Drolchog, the Resident Teacher of Kalpa Bhadra Buddhist Centre in Christchurch.
